Single overview:
Hilary's first major label single release. The track was featured in her movie "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" and later on her debut album "Metamorphosis". The track was released in both Australia and Central Europe as a CD single and was planned as the UK follow-up to "So Yesterday", those plans however, were eventually cancelled in favour of releasing "Come Clean" in the UK. Note: the version featured on the singles and in the video is not the same as the one on the album, as it was the lead single to a Disney movie, Disney wanted the song re-recorded with more child-friendly lyrics.
